The Store I work for is a Washburn dealer, and as long as I have been there, I have never come in contact with any bad guitar that Washburn has made. Granted that there were the one or two that just needed an adjustment, but after that is done, no complains. I actually own a Washburn D10SCE and I love it! The Washburn company makes awesome guitars and have outstanding customer service. And as for that guitar, I can honestly say I have not played it , but it looks like a pretty nice! But as I said, Washburn is a great manufacturer and you shouldn't have any complains, but if (for some reason) you do, like I said above, they have fantastic customer service, and will go out of their way to satisfy the customer. |
