Question: I'm 19. is it too late to learn the guitar?

No it is not to late. but it will be a little harder to learn than learning when you were younger. Still, go and learn the guitar!

NO. it will not be too late if you stick to it, and practice at least 30 minutes every day... that is if you want to be good. I just started playing 6 months ago and i've practiced for an hour everyday, and i am already performing in a band.

Dude, it's not even too late if you're dead. it's never too late :] i saw a 60 year old or so lady just starting out in guitar lessons. i thought that was pretty cool. do it!it's fun :]
