Write the tabs down and just read them over and over in your head. You'll get the hang on it eventually.

You must slow this process down first and foremost. You must place each finger on the fret board and say each note out loud. You must do this repeatedly over and over Maybe after about 500 times you can start to speed it up and about this time it will become embedded into your brain while you work on speed. Once you have the speed issue resoved then you can take on a new chord. This new chord must be coupled with this old chord and a practice routine developed. This way you are practicing the two chords each time so there is little chance of forgetting either. Each time you add one you expand your practice routine to include the new chord. There is no easy way to learning chords, but it takes time to embed that into your brain - this must happen long before you can begin to work on speed.

Don't always depend on the guitar...practice the chords, visually in your head, when your away from your guitar. You can sneakily practice your fingering on your forearm..just don't let anyone catch you! HaHa! Seriously, this routine will go a long way toward maker you a better player in a much shorter time. If you only think about chords when the guitar is in your hands, you're missing many opportunities during the day to mentally practice.
