Question: How to learn the guitar faster?

I have just started to learn the guitar again and would like to know if any one knows of any good sites to help me learn or may be some advice thanks

Not that I've found and certainly not for free! I did find that helped me to improve fastest was the Guitar for Dummies DVD. I'd think it was on Amazon.

I just subscribed a podcast on iTunes and it's free. I could learn guitar easily and if you have an iPhone or iPod Touch, you could download Guitar Applications. Some of them are free and some you have to pay for it. Also, learn online. You could read magazine about guitar. One more thing that is important is self-motivation. Practice everyday if you can. Get a teacher, practice a lot, and don't give up. That's the only possible way to learn faster, and learn properly!

Websites can only give you tips, but you should consult someone who is good in playing guitar. He can guide you perfectly..

Check out ultimate-guitar.com Good forums with people who will help, as well as lessons and good tabs. But I advise getting a teacher becauase it is easier than trying to teach yourself.

You don't need a site to learn to play faster. It's all practice really; no one can teach you to move your hand faster. What you really need to do is exercise your wrist and hand muscles (a stress ball is good for this), and just keep practicing fast songs through tabs. In time it will sound less messy and eventually you'll be a demon at it hopefully.
