Can someone please explain to me what this means and how to play it: 17b19 It's on a guitar tab How do I know when it sounds like a note played on the 19th fret?

Eventually you'll get the feel of it, but until then play the 19th fret and then bend the 17th until it sounds like the 19th. Once you know about where that is you can play the song normally.

You need to put your finger on the indicated string in the 17th fret, then bend it to sound like a note being played on the 19th fret.
