Question: What are some beginner guitar songs i can learn?

Just a popular song. don't say "twinkl twinkle little star " what is one of the first songs you learned? (i already know like 3 rolling stones songs... but that's basically it. my teacher LOVES the Stones.)

Some of the first songs I learned were CCR songs. Down On the Corner and Bad Moon Rising are fun to play and they just use basic chords. These are some others: The Kingsmen - Louie Louie REM - Losing My Religion Jewel - You Were Meant For Me Soundgargen - Black Hole Sun The Troggs - Love Is All Around Nirvana - Smells Like Teen Spirit Pink Floyd - Wish You Were Here (still one of my favorites to play)
