Can you recommend a good acoustic bass guitar?
I am looking into buying a good quality acoustic bass guitar and can only spend around $500. it will mainly be used for acoustic sessions with a couple other acoustic guitars. I would like something that has a full sound but cant afford to pay thousands of dollars. does anyone have any ideas?
How to play bass guitar?

Tuning my electric jazz bass guitar?
I need to tune my electric jazz bass down half a step to make it sound lower. It is currently tuned to E A D G. Just so i dont mess it up, what do I tune each string to? not using flats, only sharps

Where do you by a bass guitar?
i have been wanting a 4 string bass guitar for a while and not to sure where to get one. i want it good quality. cheap and i would like to be able to view it online and in stores. Guitar center tends to be a bit expensive. I do live in the suburbs so it is hard for me to get somewhere mainly city based.

I've got an old Peavey Fury II bass guitar and was looking at possibly selling it. It has no dings, dents, or scratches what so ever and the back cover still has the original plastic wrap covering it. Was going to see if anyone might know an estimated cost to ask for it. Thanks.

Plugging a Bass guitar directly into a mixer.?
Hey guys. I've got a CSA 15 Powered Speaker Amplifier and I was wondering whether I could plug my bass Fender squier directly into it or do I need a DI box? The sound is really good coming through it, so it's just a matter of whether I would hurt it. Also, would I be able to use the speaker as a foldback going through the line input?Thanks for your advice.

I have searched Basses by Gibson and found nothing similar.
